No this post is not about some dumb Dane Cook joke
I just got done playing with the Samsung Rogue for like an hour. I would have to say that if you are looking for something that works and feels like the iPhone, then you have not found it. I own the iTouch and the touch screen capabilities are a lot smoother and precise than what I experienced with the Rogue.
All in all I would say the Rogue is a good phone. Check out the Rogue here
- The Rogue is a great size
- I like the use of the qwerty keyboard. It allows for a lot faster typing than the iPhone, but it lags in response time if you type fast
- The side bar menus get in the way a lot of the time
- Zooming in and out are a bit clunky and frustrating
- On some sites when you want to log out of your page the icon in the bottom left won't allow you to click on it.
- Page load time was great. I would load multiple windows and it would work fast for a mobile web
- The quick links to Twitter, Myspace, and Facebook are nice if you use them a lot
- I didn't experience someone calling me while I was online, so I don't know how that would work, if you would be interrupted or not.
